Casa Amistad - The Friendship Villa - Camposol

Welcome to our Calida Villa website. On this site you will find details about our private villa, its location on Camposol, and details about the local area. We have provided details about local golf courses, family trips out, and also winter skiing activities.

The villa is well equipped and comprises:

Downstairs: two bedrooms - 1 double with en-suite bathroom, 1 twin bedroom with additional shower room, open-plan lounge, kitchen and separate dining area with large extendable table.

Upstairs is accessed via an external staircase and could be a self-contained apartment if required - although the stairs are not really suitable for very young children. There are two bedrooms upstairs (one sleeps 2 and one sleeps 4) with separate lounge, bathroom, small kitchen area, and a large rooftop solarium that can be accessed from the upstairs lounge. In the sitting room there is an additional bed-settee if required.

Air conditioning is available in the living areas downstairs with ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Upstairs there is an air conditining unit in one of the bedrooms and there are cooling fans in all the rooms. Sky TV is available upstairs and downstairs (24 channels) and there is a Playstation with several games for children. Towels and bed-linen are provided but not beach towels.

A well equipped kitchen includes fridge freezer, microwave, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine. The lounge has TV, video, CD, DVD, and a log-burning fire for the winter months.

The private pool can be viewed from the patio to ensure children are safe. The large garden has lemon and orange trees, a BBQ, large garage with pool furniture, inflatables, and golf trolleys. At the rear of the house there is a rotary washing line. A travel cot is available if required.
